This is one of the most common — and most important — questions. There are many different paths to choose from, but based on my experience, the approach that delivers the best results is to look internally — within your own team.
Maybe it’s even you?
Many of my clients were initially shy in front of the camera, but they quickly got comfortable. Their knowledge, experience, and authority always created authenticity and increased audience engagement.
Guidance also includes support for the person appearing on camera. To make it easier, I use a teleprompter so the speaker can talk directly to the camera with confidence. I’m also aware of how little time decision-makers in companies have. That’s why I always optimize the filming process to capture as much material as possible in the shortest amount of time. I respect your time and use it efficiently.
If no one internally wants to — or can — appear on camera, we can bring in external help and hire an actor or representative for the role. However, this requires an additional budget. In some cases, it may be worth it — a well-known profile can help the account grow faster.
